All of our coaches come to C.I.T.Y. Club with an extensive background in Gymnastics, Tumbling and/or Dance. Following the completion of the interview process and receiving a "Green-Light" on their background check,
coaches begin our extensive on-boarding process. This includes shadowing other coaches, memorization and demonstration of our class objectives, and showing a true love and passion for kids in our sport!
C.I.T.Y. Club is proud to be the only gym in Chicago where all coaches are certified through USA Gymnastics in Gymnastics Safety, SafeSport, and the Fundamentals of Gymnastics.
We are an active member of the PCA. All of our staff are required to participate in training workshops created to develop "Double-Goal Coaches" and "Better Athletes, Better People".
With regular feedback, staff are trained and challenged to grow as instructors. There is mandatory hands-on training every session to enhance knowledge and creativity, as well as ensure that every athlete is receiving our best instruction possible.
