Parent-Tot Gymnastics (15 months – 3 years)
- This class is perfect for toddlers aged 15 months to 3 years, focusing on early motor skills and introducing basic gymnastics movements in a fun, safe environment.
- One parent or guardian per child is required, making it a wonderful bonding experience as you explore gymnastics equipment together and build coordination and strength.
- Class Duration: 55 minutes
Preschool Gymnastics (3 years)
- Designed for independent 3-year-olds, this class focuses on confidence-building, motor skill development, and foundational gymnastics techniques.
- Children participate without a parent, helping them gain independence while having fun in a supportive environment.
- Class Duration: 55 minutes
Pre-K Gymnastics (4 years)
- Tailored for 4-year-olds, this program introduces more advanced basic gymnastics skills, emphasizing balance, strength, and flexibility.
- Children learn in a safe, structured setting, preparing for future gymnastics classes and physical activities.
- Class Duration: 55 minutes
Girls Junior Beginner (Ages 5–6)
- Focus on foundational skills: handstands, cartwheels, rolls, pullovers on bars, pivot turns, relevé walks on the beam, and proper vault techniques.
- Class Duration: 55 minutes
Girls Beginner (Ages 7+)
- Covers the same foundational skills as Junior Beginner but tailored for older children.
- Class Duration: 55 minutes
Girls Advanced Beginner (All Ages)
- Builds on beginner skills with more advanced techniques like round-offs, backward rolls, bridge kickovers, and handstands on beam.
- Class Duration: 55 minutes
Girls Intermediate (All Ages)
- Focus on advanced techniques such as front and back handsprings, squat-ons, handstand cartwheels, and beam turns/leaps.
- Class Duration: 85 minutes
Girls Advanced (All Ages)
- Master skills like back walkovers, advanced beam movements, handstand round-offs, and front handsprings on vault.
- Class Duration: 85 minutes
Boys Junior Beginner (Ages 5–6)
